“Kokua for the Philippines,” a Hawaii-based radio, television and Internet benefit concert for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, will be held on Sunday, Dec.15, 2013 from noon to 5 p.m. Proceeds from the phone bank and on-site gifts will be donated to the American Red Cross for disaster relief.
