The Brothers Cazimero enjoy two special times of the year in Hawaii; one is May Day, and the other, Christmas! It’s no wonder that Robert and Roland have four Christmas albums to their credit out of the 36 albums they have recorded.
Produced by Hawaii Theatre artistic director, Burton White, Hawaii Theatre’s A CAZIMERO CHRISTMAS stars the award winning Brothers Cazimero and features Robert Cazimero’s Halau Na Kamalei O Lililehua and the Ladies of the Royal Dance Company and special hula performances by the Miss & Master Keiki Hula 2013. This year’s special guest star is Lehua Kalima.
The Brothers Cazimero; with their witty repartee, musical showmanship, vocal prowess and Hawaiian spirit; make it look all too easy. The Brothers Cazimero are well-recognized for their abilities. They have received numerous Na Hoku Hanohano Awards and Grammy® nominations, have won the David Malo and Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Hawaiian Academy of Recording Artists, and have been inducted into the Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame. Robert is nationally recognized as a USA Ford Fellow of Music.
