You’ll hear ‘ukulele virtuoso Eddie Kamae, leader of the Sons and well known for his compositions, research of old songs and his singing of both the old and new. Eddie and his wife, Myrna, put their talents together as composers and lyricists to produce Christmas Long Ago; I love Christmas; Remember Me Santa; and It’s Christmas Time, I know.
Rev. Dennis Kamakahi compositions written especially for this Christmas CD include Christmas Memories and Dear St. Nick.
Joe Marshall, a musician’s musician and the Sons’ singing emcee and bass player; David “Feet” Rogers regarded by many as the finest steel guitar player in Hawai‘i, and Diana Aki’s beautiful Hawaiian voice.
