Sweet and Lovely

2006 GRAMMY NOMINATED CD – “Sweet & Lovely,” Raiatea Helm’s follow-up recording to her multiple Na Hoku Hanohano Award winning debut CD “Far Away Heaven,” made history as Raiatea Helm became Hawai’i’s first solo female vocalist to receive a Grammy Nomination. This groundbreaking CD also received 4 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards (Hawai’i’s equivalent to the Grammy Awards) as well as her repeat honor as Female Vocalist of the Year. Even more impressively, at barely 21 years of age, Raiatea Helm received the coveted Favorite Entertainer of the Year title. Her 2006 Grammy Nomination as well as her multiple Na Hoku Hanohano Awards has already guaranteed Raiatea Helm’s place in Hawai’i music history.
