On November 8th, The Brothers Cazimero were honored with the David Malo Award. This video is an excerpt of the feature they screened during the award ceremony, presented by the Rotary Club of West Honolulu. It is a short biography of their lives and showcases how these two brothers made Hawaiian history since the early 1970’s. Their musicianship and stylish vocals blend to produce a style iconic to these islands.
The David Malo Award annually selects an individual of Hawaiian ancestry whose accomplishments and life have portrayed the high achievement in such fields as art, music, dance, education, science, community service, government, religion, business, or sport.
